Refund Policy

If you have any questions about your order, either prior to purchase or after, please contact us via the contact us page (please check your junk mail folder just in case our response got delivered there instead of your inbox).

If for any reason you change your mind you may contact us within 2 days to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, simply let us know and return the item to the address provided at your expense.

If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you do not let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Please note the items should be returned to the address provided by us in the original packaging and condition. On receipt of the items being returned in satisfactory condition we will process your exchange or refund to your card used for payment.

In the unfortunate case of your item being found to be faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage or offer an alternate product if applicable.
